Spacious and spotless rooms, fantastic location just next door to Getaria, a port with a long history, absolutely worth a visit, northern Spain, and NEW ROAD NETWORK. Also, in a rural area however convenient for the AP8.

The room was modern and clean, with a stylish bathroom, and the location was peaceful, close to the beach and easy access to new road network.

The food here is excellent for all meals and the rooms are clean with nice bathrooms, plus the location is great for visiting San Sebastián and Bilbao, as well as exploring the historic port town and city center.

This hidden gem in the Basque Country is a haven of peace and quiet, perfect for exploring nearby Getaria and Zarautz. The owner Xavier is a font of local knowledge and the restaurant serves delicious Basque cuisine at excellent prices. The staff, especially at the front desk, are extremely friendly and helpful. Free on-site parking is a bonus and the breakfast is generous. The rural location offers stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. A great value for money option for a simple yet delightful stay.

Hotel Azkue, located just 5 km away from the charming Basque fishing village of Getaria, provided an excellent stay for my family. The owners were warm and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The unique character of the hotel, with its abundance of historic objects, added an interesting touch to our stay. Our clean and comfortable room even had a balcony, perfect for enjoying the summer breeze. we had a wonderful experience exploring Getaria and its stunning surroundings.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if Hotel Azkue offered a designated play area for children.

Each room is individually decorated and our room was spotlessly clean, with a balcony offering lovely views. We enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. This hotel is the perfect choice for those walking the Camino del Norte, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Basque cuisine served at the restaurant was a true culinary delight. Fresh fish straight from the Getaria harbor melted in my mouth, leaving me feeling like I was dining with the gods of the sea.

The balcony in our room would be perfect for summer relaxation. the owners were super hospitable and the location between two cities was ideal. The dinner we had at the hotel was simply jaw-dropping.
